Birthday cake for my beloved sista n belated for sis in law. As usual we will always have a great new year celeb since her birthday is on 31 Dec...always a reason to celebrate..hehe
I don't normally do this...coz I don't normally have the liberty to capture moments due to : (1) time - most of my cakes are baked at the wee hour of the day to ensure the freshness of the cake (2) I don't have smart phone..hehe ..easily said that I'm smarter now...;-p
BTW, I've layered my cake and frost them with cream cheese. Black n red seriously does give a dramatic effect to the cake
I crumb coat it with cream cheese
